I had an appointment at 1:45pm, I showed up at 1:20pm and was called at 2:20pm. A trainee showed to ask a bunch of ridiculous questions and told me another "medical assistance " will come to ask me another questions, after a while the same trainee came back and said " I guest is gonna be me" what unethical. She couldn't even pronounce the name of my medications, after another round of nonsense questions I had to wait until 3:20 pm for Dr. Rizvi to show up. She told me she would send me to have some x-rays and MRI done, she didn't read in her computer that those test were already done back on March 1st.(45 days ago) and hadn't looked at them, meanwhile I kept expecting a call from her to tell me about the results but that never happened. She proceeded to read the findings, thing I already new because read them from my memorial Hermann portal, but no explanation of the medical terminology or what was happening. At the end she asked to look assistance from a pain killer MD. And if I needed her to call to set up an appointment. I LEFT THE CLINIC AT 3:35 PM WHEN THE APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:45PM. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR.

Had a great experience for my first visit. The staff were all friendly. The nurse and the NP were very patient with me when taking my medical information. NP throughly explained the tests that would be done. Dr. Rizvi reassured me that we will find out what is going on with me. I just need to be patient toll my results all come in.

I always feel very content and satisfied after leaving Dr Rizvis office , all her staff is very well informed and trained . They have been very supportive with my health concerns . I am very grateful for all the support and guidance provided from her office whether it's Ms Donna or Dr Yanique , all are very good and well informed on how to make the patient feel comfortable . Thank you Dr Rizvi.

From the time I stepped in front door I felt very welcomed.
ALL staff were extremely polite, helpful and professional.
DR HASAN explained my issues very clearly and what me next steps was going to be, never felt rushed at all.
Only issue was I had to answer same questions about 3/4 times to different people also after filling in online night before appointment. Very unnecessary time consuming.

This was my first time here and she was very thorough and professional while getting all of my medical history. She was very patient, let me fill in all the gaps wherever there was one, and she answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with her.
