I went to Dr Hassan because my GP didn’t take my symptoms seriously. She fully explored my symptoms and prescribed tests to obtain a diagnosis. I’m very satisfied.

Wait time 2 hours.
PA was excellent….front desk was excellent.
Saw Dr maybe 5 minutes. The person doing the initial check in to the room could use a course in people skills

Yanique is the greatest! Everyone else is great. The only thing that is not great is the long wait. It has improved though since the move. Keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do!

Great appointment. Great experience. Felt completely heard. Totally professional. Helpful recommendations for ongoing challenges. Ms. Walker is a great PA. She simply cares. that comes across immediately.

Dr. Hassan is very knowledgeable and helped to explain what was going on in a way that was very concise and easy to understand. The quest labs inside the building is also really good at what they do.

Dr. Hasan is a very compassionate doctor and is great at educating patients. But at two of my three appointments, I had to wait well over an hour to see her. I can understand one appointment running a little late. Things happen out of a doctor's control. But it should not have happened twice and definitely not over an hour both times. I won't be back. I didn't get the answers I was seeking and my time is too valuable to sit in an exam for over an hour
